Kenvale College of Hospitality, Cookery and Event was established in 1971. We are extremely proud to have helped thousands of students become industry professionals over the last five decades. Connecting with industry throughout this time, we continue to adapt our courses to reflect the changing needs of the hospitality industry.

At Kenvale College, we partner with industry and businesses that provide our students with the opportunities to gain practical knowledge and experience in their areas of study. Our industry connections have been developed and nurtured through many decades, and span across a wide range of hospitality brand names, such Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group, IHG, ICC Sydney, Fresh Catering to name a few. By doing this, we are able to link the students with the right opportunity based on their interests and individual personalities.

On the other hand, as we align our teaching to meet the needs of the hospitality and tourism industry, we therefore contribute to the knowledge of hospitality industry and help shape the future hospitality leaders of our nation. As a result, a Kenvale graduate will be at the forefront of the hospitality industry, and will definitely be part of the next generation of hospitality managers.

Thank you for inviting us - we really did appreciate it. I must say I was really impressed by the Briar Ridge team - one of them (… Aiden) did a really great job explaining who they were, what they were about etc., and really took the time to give us the background on the person behind it all (Gwyn Olsen). He'd clearly immersed himself in the project, and I think she'd have been really pleased if she'd seen that. Happy to reach out and tell her so if you think it would help pave the way for future events.

I just wanted to express thanks and congratulations to all at Kenvale for the magnificent lunch provided on Thursday.

I have been to many hatted restaurants this year and can honestly say that they would have struggled to produce such fantastic dishes.

The lunch was a credit to your students and your staff.  It would be a privilege to enjoy another visit next year.

Best wishes to your graduating students for success in their career and to your staff to continue to guide students to reach such a high standard.
