Gabriella was a lawyer, but unhappy and she decided it was time for change. So she moved to Australia and discovered Kenvale College and the passion for cooking. Throughout her hospitality studies, Gabriella met many fantastic people, industry professionals and learnt valuable practical and leadership skills to take into the workplace. Gabriella wishes to excel in the hospitality industry and hopes to someday open her own restaurant.
